How to Update a Half Day Off

There are two ways to report a half or partial day off.

Option 1 – Via “Request Time off ” from the dashboard

Select a leave type, then:

  • Choose “Half day” ->  Select a date -> “First/Second” to report that half

OR

  • Choose “Hours” -> Select a date -> Fill in the “Start” + “End” times

At the end click “Save”

Option 2. Requesting Time Off via “Detailed Attendance

Go to “Reports” “Detailed attendance” -> Select the period -> “Show”

Click the date ->  Enter the In + Out times -> On “Event” select the leave type -> “Save”

Note: You can also enter your work hours by clicking “Add another event” and entering your work times
