Go to “Settings” -> “Contracts” -> Choose the relevant contract (every contract has its own definitions)
In the “Work days” table click “+add overtime”:
- In the “Extra hours” field enter the amount of hours that come after standard hours which defined by the start->end times
- In the “Percentage” field fill in the rate at which these hours are paid at. For example, an addition of 50% will be written “150”
- You may add more rates for extra pay by clicking the “+add overtime” button
- Tip: fill in the first day of the week entirely with the standard and extra hours, then click “Copy to next day” to duplicate it to the next day, and then the next day also until you fill in the rest of the workweek.
Note that the extra hours you define apply only for the employees assigned to this contract. If you run into a report with different definitions check the contract this employee is assigned to.
In the example below there are 8 standard hours,2 extra hours with 125% rate and another 4 hours with 150% pay

There’s also an option to define extra time on a weekly basis, meaning that the extra hours will be taken once the employees had exceeded their weekly standard.
Below you can see an example for 42 standard hours followed by 10 extra hours with 125% rate:
These extra hours will be added to the last work day on the report. If you defined extra hours on a daily and weekly basis, the hours on the last work day will be taken as those of the workweek. Hence, it is better to define either.
