How to Mandate an Attachment When Requesting Time Off

Follow these steps to set a rule that forces employees to submit attachments when requesting time off (doctor’s note for example):

Step 1. From the dashboard, click “settings” and select “contracts”.

Step 2. Click on “timeclock conditions for web”, 

Step 3. Click on box labeled “attachment is mandatory on those leave types” select the leave types you wish to apply this rule for:

Step 4. Save the new changes
