How to install and use it: 4 easy steps
- Step 1: Install TimeClock 365 Google Chrome Extension
Then, log in to your TimeClock 365 account to activate it. - Step 3: Open Trello in Google Chrome
Make sure you’re logged in to Trello using Google Chrome (the extension works inside Chrome only). - Step 3: Track Time on Trello Cards
Open any Trello card and click the “Start” button to begin tracking.
Every time log will link automatically to the specific card, giving you a clear view of productivity and time spent on tasks. - Step 4: View Reports and Activity
Get detailed reports inside TimeClock 365 showing how much time was tracked per user, per project, or per Trello card.
How to View and Edit Trello Data in TimeClock 365
- Log in to TimeClock 365
Open TimeClock 365 in your browser (Google Chrome recommended), and sign in. - Go to “Project & Tasks” → “Time Entries for Tasks”
Use filters to select the data you want (by project, user, or date). Click Show to display the results.
Once the data appears, you can edit time entries directly. - Go to the “Reports” and select the Task detailed report
Use filters, click Show to view the report, or Download to extract and transform the data. - Generate Detailed Reports
Go to the “Reports” section and choose “Task Detailed Report.” Apply filters as needed. Click Show to view the report or Download to export the data. - One Central Dashboard
