How to Delete Users and Remove their License

If employee left your company, you can set him as not active and issue his license to a new employee.

Here are the steps to follow:
Step 1: Click “Users”

Step 2: Choose the user you want to cancel.

Step 3: Click “active” to deactivate

Step 4: Scroll further down and check “do not assign license”

Step 5 (recommended): In “Salary info”, fill in the termination date

How to see inactive users and their licenses

  • Navigate to the sidebar -> Users
  • Click Filters in the upper right and select Active
  • In the Active search filed select No and click Search

You will see inactive users and if they have a license you will be able to unassign it.
