Cancelling a website subscription

If you wish to cancel your subscription with TimeClock 365, please follow the steps below:

🧾 How to Cancel:

  1. Submit a Support Ticket
    Go to: https://timeclock365.com/support/
    Click on “Create Ticket” and use the subject line:
    “Request to Cancel Subscription”
    In the message, include your account name or company name and clearly state that you wish to cancel your subscription.

  2. Wait for Confirmation
    Our support team will contact you by email to confirm the cancellation and guide you through the final steps.


⚠️ Important: Back Up Your Data Before Cancelling!

Once your subscription ends and the billing period expires, all account data will be permanently deleted. This includes:

  • Time tracking logs

  • Employee activity records

  • Tasks and reports

  • User profiles and personal data

🗂️ If you want to retain this information, please download it before your subscription is canceled.

You can export reports and timesheets directly from the platform. If you need assistance exporting your data, please mention it in your support ticket.
