Administrators in our system can change passwords for any user.*
To change password, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your TimeClock account using your current credentials.
- From the Dashboard, navigate to the “Users” section.
- Select the relevant user profile.
- Scroll down to the password section.
- Enter your desired password (if needed, tick the box “Send by email” to receive the new password via email).
- Click “Save” to apply the changes.
