How to Change Another User’s Password

*Please note that password replacement is only available for users with relevant permissions.

Administrators in our system can change passwords for any user.*

To change password, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your TimeClock account using your current credentials.
  2. From the Dashboard, navigate to the “Users” section.
  3. Select the relevant user profile.
  4. Scroll down to the password section.
  5. Enter your desired password (if needed, tick the box “Send by email” to receive the new password via email).
  6. Click “Save” to apply the changes.
