How to Edit Locked Attendance Reports

This guide explains how a system administrator can grant themselves permission to edit attendance reports that have been automatically locked by the system.

Note: This process applies only to reports that are locked automatically based on your company’s settings (for example, at the end of a payroll period). It does not apply to reports that have been locked after an employee’s and his manager’s final approval.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Edit a Locked Report

  1. Navigate to the Roles Settings:
    • Click on Settings in the main menu
    • Select Roles
    • From the list of roles, click on Administrator
  2. Adjust Editing Permissions:
    • Expand the “Editing settings” tab
    • Check the box for “Locked time entries”
    • Click Save to apply changes
