When employees are about to join or leave the company, you need to specify their start/termination date.
- Go to “Users” -> Select the employee
- Click:
- Employment start date for the work start date
- Scroll to the Salary information section and select Termination of employment for the end of work date
- Click the calendar icon to enter the employment start or termination date.
- Click “Save”
Note: The employee won’t be able to punch in or edit the timesheet after the termination date.
On the report below, the employee’s standard hours won’t appear after the employment termination date.
