How to Update Your Payment Method

This guide explains how to update the credit card information used for your TimeClock 365 account billing.

Step-by-Step Instructions

    1. From the main menu, navigate to Billing -> Payment Methods.
    2. On the Payment Methods page, you can choose to either edit your current card or add a new one by clicking corresponding button.

      Note: If you see a message stating, “Please fill in the company details and then add a payment method,” you must first complete your company’s profile. Please follow our guide on How to Add or Update Billing  Information before proceeding.

    3. Now, enter your credit card details:
      • Card Number
      • Expiration Date (MM/YY)
      • CVV (the 3-digit code on the back of your card)
    4. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Your new payment method is now saved and will be used for all future billings.
