This guide explains how to update the credit card information used for your TimeClock 365 account billing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the main menu, navigate to Billing -> Payment Methods.
- On the Payment Methods page, you can choose to either edit your current card or add a new one by clicking corresponding button.
Note: If you see a message stating, “Please fill in the company details and then add a payment method,” you must first complete your company’s profile. Please follow our guide on How to Add or Update Billing Information before proceeding.
- Now, enter your credit card details:
- Card Number
- Expiration Date (MM/YY)
- CVV (the 3-digit code on the back of your card)
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
Your new payment method is now saved and will be used for all future billings.
