How To check Attendance Report
If you are a group manager or the HR manager, you may want to check the attendance report. Employees too, may want to check their personal attendance report to relate to the earnings received. Here is a brief of how to check the attendance report .
Step 1. Login to your user dashboard and click on “Reports” available on the left hand side: The “Reports” section will expand.
Step 2. To view the attendance report click on “Detailed Attendance” under the “Reports” Section
Step 3. Choose which employees to include in the report.
Here is a brief of what each of the fields will mean:
- Select: Means that you want to select the particular employee whose attendance report you are interested in.
- All Employees: Click here when you want to view the attendance list of all the employees.
- Employees Who Worked: The option allows you to view only the employees who have clocked time.
- Show Not Active: Choose this option when you want to see only not active employees.
Tip: To view attendance report of a particular employee, tick “Select”, and click on the field labeled “employee” as illustrated below:
Step 4. To select a period for the attendance report, click the current range. From the calendar, choose one of the options: period, custom, week, or specific day.
Step 5. To specify the reporting criteria, expand Additional parameters and tick the relevant boxes.
Step 6. To sort the report by employee name, tick the “Sort A to Z” box in Additional parameters. Leave it unticked to view the default order.
Step 7. To view the report, click the Show Results button.
If you need to print or save the report, click Print to print it, or click Download to select a format and report type for saving.
