How to View and Download the Consolidated Payroll Report

The Payroll Report is a powerful tool for getting a high-level overview of your employees’ attendance data. It exports key totals for a selected period into a single Excel file, with each employee’s summary on a separate row. This format is ideal for payroll processing, accounting, and management review.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to ReportsPayroll Report.

  2. Select the desired date range and other relevant filters for the report.

  3. Click the Download button and choose Excel (Separated) from the dropdown menu.

The system will generate and download an Excel file containing the summarized attendance data for all selected employees for the period you chose.
