What is an employee time tracker?
An employee time tracker records when people start and stop work, then turns those punches into an attendance report: hours per day, breaks, overtime, absences and late arrivals. A good one does this automatically, so managers approve hours instead of typing them.

What is TimeClock 365?
TimeClock 365 is a cloud time tracker and door access control system. Employees clock in from the web, a mobile app, Microsoft Teams, Slack, a Chrome extension, a biometric time clock or the office door, and every punch goes into one attendance report with breaks and overtime calculated, ready for payroll. It is ISO 27001 certified, available in 12 languages and used in 20+ countries.
Where do I log in to TimeClock 365?
Customers log in at live.timeclock365.com with their TimeClock 365 username and password. Companies that use Azure AD can sign in with single sign-on. Employees can also log in from the TimeClock 365 mobile app.
Can employees clock in without a smartphone?
Yes. They can use the web portal, the Chrome extension, Microsoft Teams, a biometric time clock with fingerprint, face, card or PIN, or a door reader if you use TimeClock 365 access control.
How does TimeClock 365 prevent buddy punching?
Biometric time clocks identify the employee by fingerprint or face, so nobody can punch for a colleague. Mobile punches record GPS location and can be limited to a geofence, and web punches can be limited to the office IP address.
How is overtime calculated?
Each employee is assigned a contract with their standard hours, breaks and overtime rules. TimeClock 365 applies the contract to every punch automatically, so the attendance report shows regular hours and overtime without manual calculation.
Which payroll systems does it export to?
TimeClock 365 connects to QuickBooks, HiBob and GreytHR and exports Excel, PDF and CSV reports. In Israel it also creates ready-made files for Hilan, ADAM, TRIO, Hargal and other payroll systems.

Yes. When you use TimeClock 365 door access control, access and attendance share one account, so the first entry of the day can start the workday and the last exit can end it.
