Enterprise time tracking and door access in one cloud
Every site, every door, every timesheet - under one account, with the identity, permission and security controls IT expects.
- ISO 27001 certified
- Azure AD & Okta SSO
- 20+ countries
What enterprises need from time tracking
At scale, a time clock is the easy part. The hard parts are identity, permissions, multiple sites and time zones, and making sure payroll numbers can't change after they're approved.
TimeClock 365 combines cloud door access control and attendance, so the door entry is the clock-in - one system to secure, audit and integrate.

Frequently asked questions
Does TimeClock 365 support SSO with Azure AD and Okta?
Yes. TimeClock 365 supports SAML single sign-on and user sync with Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), and an Okta integration that imports groups and maps them to TimeClock 365 roles. Employees sign in with their corporate account.
What roles and permissions are available?
TimeClock 365 has four roles: system administrator, group manager, employee and editor. Group managers approve attendance and absence requests for their teams, and absence types can be restricted by permission level.
Which security controls are available for enterprise accounts?
TimeClock 365 is ISO 27001 certified. Accounts can require two-factor authentication at login and an auto-logout timer, use SSO through Azure AD or Okta, and lock attendance reports after payroll so nothing changes later.
Can TimeClock 365 handle multiple sites and countries?
Yes. One account covers every site and door. Time zones can be set for the company and per employee, each employee follows their own work agreement for breaks and overtime, and the platform is available in 12 languages and used in 20+ countries.
Can attendance come from door access control?
Yes. TimeClock 365 is a cloud door access control system first. With Attendance + Access Control ($4.90 per user per month, billed annually), door entries become attendance, so large sites need no separate clock-in hardware.
Can we integrate TimeClock 365 with our own systems?
Yes. A REST API is available for custom integrations, alongside ready integrations with Microsoft Teams, Slack, QuickBooks, HiBob, GreytHR and payroll file formats.
