Sometimes, employees will go for lunch and take longer to come back. As the employer, you want to pay for certain number of minutes spent on lunch per day, and do not pay beyond the limit. With Timeclock 365, you get an option to specify the number of paid or not paid lunch. This section illustrates how to set the paid and not paid lunch time per day.
Step1. From the program dashboard, navigate to “settings” and select “contracts”.
Step2: On the new window, select “break” option and
tick the rule you want to add. You can add “Paid lunchtime per week” in hours,
Or
“Paid lunchtime per day” in minutes.
Step3. Verify
that the entries are correct, and tap Save to capture the new rule.
