How to Set Additional Summary Alerts

A manager would want to receive per day reports on a monthly basis. To set the alert type, follow the steps below.

Step1. On a web browser, log in to the TimeClock365 User Dashboard  

Step2. Go to “Alerts” tab

Step3. Click “Create New
Alert” 


 

Step4. Set the alert
name, tick “Active” and “watch all users”. Select the employees group, and add
the desired watchers.


Step5.  Tick the report types and enter the timings
you want to receive the report.

 

 

N/B:  

Ø  Send
Monthly per Day Reports— this option sends the comprehensive summary of daily
reports.

 

 

Ø  Send
average by months report— this option sends average performance reports after
specified number of months
