When employees are about to join or leave the company, you need to specify their start/termination date.
Step1. Go to “Users” -> Select the employee
Step2. Click “Salary information”
Step3. Click the calendar icon to enter the employment start or termination date. For example:
Step 4: Click “Save”
On the report below, the employee’s standard hours won’t appear after the employment termination date (January 15th 2021)
Once done, the employee won’t be able to punch in or edit the timesheet after the termination date.
