TimeClock 365 designed to help you achieve your goals - whether it is the high accurate time management or meeting legal requirements.
Here is the list of options that might help you pay less attention to our system, but still give an accurate data about employe’s attendance.
Some of them are designed to fill in or prevent missing data, some of them just make things a bit easier.
1. Autofill option in the contract
It will clock in and out according to the contract at the desired time on behalf of employees who forgot to record their time.
Settings -> Contract -> Select relevant contract -> Autofill
In this case every day at 20.00 the system will check and fill missing punches with the time from the contract.
2. Reminders
a. Reminders to clock in and out. They are sent at the time specified in the contract. If the working time is 09.00-18.00 and the employee hasn’t clocked in at 9.00, he will receive the reminder.
b. Weekly reminder of missing timesheets for employees – so that once a week they are reminded of their missing days.
c. Reminder for managers to approve timesheets. Once a month they will receive it – the system cannot send the reports automatically, but it can remind managers to look at the reports.
sidebar -> Settings -> Contracts -> relevant Contract -> Reminders section
3. Auto punch out option
Use it to avoid overtime in the reports set it to 10 minutes after standard working hours.
4. Auto-fill option in the detailed attendance report
It fills in the selected period according to the employee’s contract – if there are too many blank entries or someone hasn’t reported attendance at all.
5. “Exceptions only” checkbox in the Detailed Attendance Report
To monitor the reports, use this option to get only missing data, overtime, non-contract hours, etc.
6. Automatic approval of absences
Check this box to automatically approve absences that don’t need to be monitored and confirmed by a manager.
With all these options, the supervisors (group managers or administrators) only have to look at the reports with outliers.
