How to Set Up Bell Schedules on a TimeClock 365 Biometric Clock

The clock can work as a shift bell: at the scheduled time it plays a ringtone (and can trigger an external electric bell). This is useful for shift start, breaks and end of day in factories, schools and warehouses.

This guide is for TimeClock 365 biometric clocks with a 2.8, 3 or 3.5-inch color screen. Menu names can differ slightly between models and firmware versions.
