Payroll-ready numbers
Your rules, your payroll codes
Each work agreement holds your rules - overtime rates and limits, night shifts, breaks and holiday eves. Map every rate to the code your payroll software expects, separately for salaried, hourly and part-time employees, and the export lands ready to import.
- Overtime by day, week or month, at 125%, 150% and more
- Night shifts and breaks calculated by the contract
- Decimal or HH:MM - 8.50 or 8:30
- Your pay period - for example the 27th to the 26th
| Rate | Salaried | Hourly | Part-time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100% | 101 | 201 | 301 |
| 125% | 102 | 202 | 302 |
| 150% | 103 | 203 | 303 |
| Night | 104 | 204 | 304 |

Frequently asked questions
How do I export hours to payroll?
Open Reports > Detailed Attendance, choose the employees and the period, click Download and pick a format - PDF, Excel, CSV or a ready-made file for your payroll system. For the accountant, the Payroll Report gives one summary row per employee.
Which payroll systems are supported?
QuickBooks, HiBob and GreytHR, plus ready-made files for Hilan, Hilan Hashavim, ADAM, TRIO, Hargal, QDIV and a generic .dat format. Chilan Hashavim can import attendance directly with one click. Any other system can use Excel or CSV.
Are overtime and breaks already calculated?
Yes. Overtime (for example 125% and 150%), night shifts, breaks and absences are calculated by the rules in each work agreement, so the export already contains payroll-ready hours.
Can I map hours to my payroll software's codes?
Yes. In Payroll Codes, enter the code your payroll software uses for each rate (100%, 125% and so on), separately for salaried, hourly and part-time employees.
How do I make sure the numbers are final before payroll?
Block employees from approving a report with missing punches, have managers approve, and lock reports after a set date so nothing changes after payroll is run.
Can the pay period end on a date other than the end of the month?
Yes. Set the last day of the attendance period - for example the 26th - and reports run from the 27th to the 26th of the next month.
Can reports be sent automatically?
Yes. A scheduled CSV report emails the attendance data for a chosen look-back period - for example the whole past month - at the time you choose.
Hours as 8:30 or 8.50?
Both. Choose HH:MM for easy reading or decimal hours, which most payroll calculations prefer.
